Prohibited Sending Content

The following content is not allowed in emails sent through MailScale:

Appropriate Mailing Lists

For unsolicited recipients, ensure:

- Inclusion of a valid postal address/company name.
- Disclosure of the reason for contact.
- An easy, frictionless opt-out (unsubscribe) method that is honored within 7 days.
- Confidence that your message provides value to the recipient.
- Use of the recipient’s company email address instead of personal addresses.
